At Salty Straw Hat, each artwork is created specifically for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or a change in preference.
However, we want you to love your artwork, and we will always do our best to resolve any issues with your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the quality of your print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Returns
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements or size selection
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong product

4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders enter production shortly after purchase, we may not be able to make changes or cancel orders once production has started.

We make every effort to display artwork colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly between different screens, devices, and printing processes.
Small variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
